As a shamanic facilitator, Rosemarie was trained in 1993, by Eileen Nauman (Ai Gvhdi Waya) an Eastern Cherokee metis shaman, in the ancient art of Soul Recovery and Extraction (SR/E) which has been used in numerous ancient cultures for healing. Rosemarie comes from an English, Hungarian and Cherokee heritage. The shamanic journey is done in an altered state, in person or long distance to aid a person in their healing of imbalances within their emotional, spiritual and physical bodies.

By healing distortions, a person experiences greater clarity, feels an enhanced sense of self and is able to make healthy life- expanding choices. This process Is often referred to as recovering 'loss soul pieces'. Rosemarie's approach takes on a contemporary interpretation which is applicable to current life issues through the SR/E process and the integration of those re-awaken parts of the self for a greater sense of wholeness.
